What data we process and why
Via the contact form we process your name, email address, organisation and your message — to answer your question and get in touch. Via the Vendor Risk Scan we process your name, business email, organisation, the (optional) vendor name and your answers/scores — to deliver your report and follow up on it. You give explicit consent when submitting. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in following up on your own request. We use your data for no other purposes and never sell it.
Who receives the data
Appointments are scheduled via Calendly. Form submissions run through Formspree, our form processor, and then reach our mailbox. Formspree is a US service committed to appropriate safeguards for data transfers. Beyond that we share your data with no one, unless required by law.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to follow up on your request, and at most two years after the last contact — unless a client relationship has since arisen with longer (statutory) retention periods.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies — which is why you see no cookie banner. The site loads fonts via Google Fonts; technically, Google processes your IP address to serve the font.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Send a message via the contact form; we respond within four weeks. If we cannot resolve it together, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
