Start by knowing where you stand

The Vendor & AI Control Tower is a continuous, staffed monitoring service — not software you operate yourself, but a dedicated team keeping watch. We prepare, test and negotiate; you take every decision on renewing, terminating or signing. Nearly everyone starts with the Baseline scan: two weeks, a fixed price, and after that you know whether continuous monitoring is worth it for you. If it is, there are three levels.

Step 1 · nearly everyone starts here

Baseline: AI & Vendor Scan

In two weeks we deliver your first vendor register with contract value, end date and notice period; an AI inventory with a risk class per system; and a priority list of what to tackle first. Your own effort is about two hours. Everything we deliver stays yours, even if you do nothing further with us.

€2,450one-off, excl. VAT
  • Fixed price, fixed delivery date — two weeks from the kick-off
  • No subscription needed and no obligation afterwards
  • Credited in full if you continue within three months
Step 2 · continuous monitoring

Three levels, each with a clear limit

The price follows the work: the number of vendors we monitor and the number of renewal files we handle per year. Grow past the limit and we tell you and agree it up front — never a bill after the fact.

Zicht (Visibility) suits you if

you have 50 to 120 employees, one IT coordinator who does this on the side, and above all you no longer want to miss a notice date or an expired certificate. You take the decisions yourself; we make sure you know in time.

Grip (Control) suits you if

you have 120 to 300 employees, a handful of renewals and price letters come round every year, and nobody has the time to prepare and negotiate them. Usually pays for itself on one contract.

Verantwoording (Assurance) suits you if

an auditor, regulator or major client asks you for evidence — ISO 27001, NIS2/Cyber Security Act, DORA or a vendor questionnaire. Every quarter you receive one audit pack that you can hand over.

What is one renewal file?

One contract that comes within its notice period, from start to decision. We compile the file (actual usage, invoiced against contracted, list price, clause gaps, evidence documents, our proposal), collect the scorecard from your contract owner, prepare the negotiation pack, hold the conversation or the termination with the vendor, and record the new terms in the register. A price letter that we test against the index clause is not a file; those are unlimited in Grip and Verantwoording. A contract of more than € 100.000 per year or a European tender counts as two.

Two separate assignments

If you do not want continuous monitoring, you can have the overview built once and refreshed yearly. That gives you a current picture, but no monitoring of deadlines in between — which is the difference with Visibility.

Baseline: AI & Vendor Scan — €2,450

Register, AI inventory and priority list in two weeks. One-off, and credited in full if you continue within three months.

Annual reassessment — €1,950

Once a year we update what changed: new vendors, expired contracts, AI that was added, and a fresh priority list.

Also available separately: exit test, AI inventory, NIS2 supply chain check, tender support and the DORA register →

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers about our approach, the setup and our independent role.

What does the subscription cost?

Visibility is €450 per month up to 40 vendors, Control €1,450 up to 40 vendors with six renewal files a year, and Assurance €2,950 up to 60 vendors with fifteen files. Above the limit we charge per vendor per month and €1,450 per extra file — agreed up front. All prices excl. VAT, on an annual contract.

Can I start smaller first?

That is in fact the usual starting point. Nearly everyone begins with the one-off Baseline: AI & Vendor Scan (€2,450 excl. VAT). Within two weeks you get your first vendor register, an AI inventory and a priority list, and only then the question of whether continuous monitoring is worth it. Choose an annual subscription within three months and we credit the full amount. If you never want a subscription, you can have the overview built once and refreshed yearly; monitoring of deadlines is not part of that.

What happens if we grow past the limit?

We tell you before it costs anything. The register shows exactly how many vendors are being monitored; if you pass the limit of your level you get a proposal from us — more vendors at the per-vendor rate, or a level up if that works out cheaper. There is never a bill after the fact.

Why is there a limit on renewal files?

Because that is the work that actually takes time: establishing usage and cost, preparing the negotiation pack, readying the conversations. A limit keeps the price fair for someone with five a year, and makes clear up front where you stand if it turns out to be twelve. An extra file costs €1,450, or you move up a level.

Do I need software?

No, you do not need to buy new software. If tooling costs ever arise, we discuss them with you first.

When will I see results?

We usually deliver the first register and an action plan within four weeks, depending on how quickly your source data becomes available.

What is the notice period?

You start with a 12-month contract to build a solid foundation. After that, you can cancel monthly.

Is the advice neutral?

Absolutely. We resell no third-party software and take no commissions or kickbacks from vendors. The client portal is our own tool and is included in the subscription; you pay us for the monitoring, not for licences. Any interests are always disclosed to you in advance.

In which language is the service delivered?

The platform’s navigation, workflows, task forms and outgoing e-mail are available in English; a number of screens are still Dutch and are being translated. Reporting and meetings can be in English. The service is delivered from the Netherlands and our agreements are governed by Dutch law.

What if your vendor manager falls ill or leaves?

We have a contracted stand-in: an independent vendor management professional who takes over for absences longer than five working days, activated within two working days and bound by the same confidentiality terms. The whole file lives in the platform, so a handover needs no onboarding period, and we rehearse it annually. In the event of a permanent absence you may terminate early on one month’s notice. See the trust and security page.

Where does our data live and how is it secured?

In the EU (database and files in Frankfurt), with one walled-off workspace per organisation, passwordless sign-in and an audit trail that records our own actions too. The trust and security page has the full answer — including what we do not have yet.
