VendorManager.nl reads what your systems can already export. The first time, we send you the exact instruction for your package; after that it becomes part of the monthly rhythm. What we do not use, we do not ask for.

Four integrations are live; each needs one setting on your side and no project.
Microsoft Entra ID via SAML; creating and revoking users via SCIM (Entra ID, Okta). Without an integration: sign-in code by e-mail, no passwords.
Tasks, escalations and the weekly overview in a channel of your choice via an incoming webhook. One URL, done.
Sign approvals and addenda via Signhost; without Signhost, approval works via a signed link in the platform.
All notice deadlines as .ics in your own calendar; register and audit trail as XLSX and CSV; the quarterly report as PDF for management, auditor or regulator.
A direct, read-only connection to Microsoft Graph or the Google Admin SDK for discovery is available on request; by default we work with the export, because it requires no permissions in your tenant.
No agent on workstations, no read access to your accounting, no migration of existing spreadsheets — the Nulmeting (baseline scan) simply reads those in. When you leave, you get everything back in the same open formats.
