First step

Baseline: AI & Vendor Scan

In two weeks you know which vendors you actually have, where AI sits inside your software and what needs attention first. A one-off €2,450 (excl. VAT), credited in full if you take an annual subscription within three months. No subscription needed to start.

What you keep

Four concrete deliverables — yours to keep

Not a deck of recommendations, but working documents you can use for the next two years. Also if you never work with us again.

1 · Vendor register

Every vendor with category, business impact, contract value, end date, notice period and data location. Including the vendors nobody had on their radar any more.

2 · AI inventory

For each service containing AI: what it does, your role under the EU AI Act, the matching risk class and whether personal data goes into it.

3 · Priority list

What has to happen first and why: approaching cancellation deadlines, missing data processing agreements, contracts without a price cap, vendors never assessed.

4 · One-hour closing session

We walk you through the findings and say what you can handle yourself and what needs structural monitoring. Including, where that is the answer: you do not need us for this.

Your effort

Two hours of your time, no more

The main worry about a baseline is usually not the money but the time. This is everything we need from you.

What you supply

  • Twelve months of accounts payable (an export from your accounting package)
  • Access to the folder or mailbox where contracts live — however messy
  • If you have it: an export of connected applications from Microsoft Entra or Google Workspace
  • One contact who can answer questions or pass them on

How the two weeks run

  • Day 1 — half-hour kick-off: scope, sources, who owns what
  • Week 1 — we read contracts and invoices and build the register; you only hear from us when something is unclear
  • Week 2 — AI inventory, risk weighting and prioritisation
  • Day 14 — delivery and closing session; you get everything as Excel and PDF, and on request in your own workspace in the platform

What the baseline is not

It is not an audit: we assess your own documents and exports, we do not investigate your vendors and we do not verify their statements on site. It is not a penetration test or a technical security review. And it is not legal advice — where a clause calls for a lawyer, we say so, and it goes to yours.

It is also not a commitment to anything. You buy a separate assignment with a fixed price and a fixed delivery date. If it turns out you have things well in hand, that is the outcome and we will say so.

One thing to know before you start: the platform interface and our reports are in Dutch. The baseline itself, the closing session and all correspondence are in English if you prefer.

Request

Tell us when you want to start

We come back within one working day with a proposal and a start date. No decision needed yet: a first twenty-minute call to see whether it fits works too — book it straight into the diary.

  • Fixed price, fixed delivery date
  • Credited against an annual subscription within three months
  • Your data stays yours; see trust and security

We reply within one working day. We use your details only for this request.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take and how much of our time does it cost?

Two weeks from the moment we have your source data. Your own effort is roughly two hours: a half-hour kick-off, supplying the exports and the one-hour closing session.

What does it cost?

A one-off €2,450 excl. VAT. If you move to an annual subscription within three months, we credit the full amount.

Our contracts are not in one place. Is that a problem?

No, that is the normal situation. Twelve months of accounts payable plus whatever can be found in folders and mailboxes is enough to start. What is missing ends up as a gap in the register — which is valuable information in itself.

Do we get access to the platform?

On request we also deliver the result in your own workspace, so you can view the register online. Without a subscription that stays a snapshot; continuous monitoring starts at Visibility (€450 per month).

Are we committed to anything?

No. It is a separate assignment. The register, the AI inventory and the priority list are yours, even if you go no further.

Do you do this for a single vendor too?

For one vendor the free Vendor Risk Scan is a faster first indication. The baseline covers your whole landscape.
